Message from Our Founders

Dr. Ramalatha Marimuthu
Director, iExplore Foundation for Sustainable Development
As I look back on 2024 - 24, I feel a deep sense of pride and gratitude for the strides we’ve made in creating an inclusive, empowered world through education and opportunity. At iExplore Foundation, our mission to bridge the gap between potential and possibility has grown into a movement that touches lives globally.
Our Returning Mothers Conference (RMC) has emerged as a beacon of hope and transformation, providing upskilling and reskilling opportunities in cloud and emerging technologies for women returning to the workforce. What began as a national initiative has now taken global significance, with the World Bank declaring an International Returning Mothers Day in recognition of our impact. These milestones reflect our commitment to making the world of work more equitable and inclusive for all.
We were also proud to organize the YESIST12, a global innovation platform that inspired and mentored thousands of young minds from over 30 countries to solve real-world problems aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
As we step into 2025 - 26, our journey continues with renewed vigor. We aim to deepen our impact by scaling the Returning Mothers initiative to newer regions, creating a network of empowered women ready to lead in technology and beyond. We will also continue supporting grassroots changemakers, underserved communities, and diverse learners who need just one chance to shine.
I sincerely thank our dedicated team, partners, and sponsors whose unwavering belief fuels our mission. Let’s continue to drive positive change and empower lives—together.

Director –iExplore Foundation for Sustainable Development
2024 - 25 has been a defining year in our mission to nurture young innovators and bridge the gap between education and real-world problem-solving. As the nodal agency of the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), iExplore Foundation led impactful programs that empowered thousands of students across the region.
Our flagship initiatives—InnovaTN, with 2,000+ participants from Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry, and BigBang 2024, which engaged over 5,000 young minds from 7 states—have become powerful platforms for student innovation. Programs like i4T (Innovators for Tomorrow) provided mentorship to young changemakers working on SDG-aligned solutions.
We also advanced the ATL Adoption Program, partnering with academic institutions and CSR sponsors to activate and sustain Atal Tinkering Labs in underserved schools, creating vibrant ecosystems for hands-on STEM learning.
Another proud achievement is the Cyber Champions Program, launched to promote digital safety and cyber awareness among school students. Supported by the Data Security Council of India, Ministry of Electronics and IT, and Rotary International District 3201, this free initiative is building a generation of responsible digital citizens.
Looking ahead to 2025 - 26, our goal is to scale these initiatives with a sharper focus on industry-academia collaboration, real-world problem solving, and inclusive innovation ecosystems. With the support of our dedicated team and partners, we are committed to unlocking the full potential of every learner and building a future fueled by innovation and equity.
