iExplore Foundation – Call for Interns
Internship Duration: Minimum 6 Months
Commitment: 2 hours per day / 12 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (Online & Offline based on role)
iExplore Foundation is looking for enthusiastic, committed, and passionate individuals to join our team as interns. If you are willing to dedicate consistent time and contribute meaningfully to our programs, we invite you to apply.
1. Web Developer Intern
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of WordPress website development.
- Ability to manage and update Learning Management System (LMS).
- Basic understanding of hosting, plugins, and website maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the iExplore Foundation website regularly.
- Manage LMS modules, upload content, enroll users, and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in improving website performance, UI/UX, and structure.
- Coordinate with program teams to publish new content and announcements.
- Ensure website security, backups, and plugin updates.
2. Social Media Intern
Requirements
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media handling, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to create posts, reels, short videos, and captions.
- Familiarity with Canva or other content design tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage all social media pages of iExplore Foundation.
- Create and schedule posts for all organizational events and initiatives.
- Promote events, programs, and announcements through digital channels.
- Track engagement, insights, and audience growth.
- Support campaigns and promotional activities with creative content ideas.
3. Event Organizer Intern
(Online & Offline)
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact with speakers, participants, and partners professionally.
- Skill to identify suitable speakers based on program topics.
- Basic presentation and hosting skills.
Responsibilities – Online Events
- Coordinate and arrange online sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Identify, approach, and confirm speakers aligned with the event theme.
- Plan and conduct a series of online programs independently or with the team.
- Act as MC/Host during the event when required.
- Prepare and submit detailed post-event reports.
Responsibilities – Offline Events
- Support the planning and execution of offline events from beginning to end.
- Coordinate logistics, registrations, venue arrangements, materials, and setup.
- Assist the team during on-ground activities and interact with participants.
- Ensure smooth execution of the event and provide follow-up reports.
4. Graphic Designer Intern
Requirements
- Strong skills in poster creation, social media design, and video editing.
- Ability to work with design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Design posters, banners, and creatives for events and announcements.
- Create short videos, intro clips, reels, and promotional materials.
- Support social media and program teams with timely design deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
Internship Commitment Requirements
- Interns must commit to a minimum of 6 months.
- Should be able to work 2 hours daily or 12 hours per week consistently.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and dedicated to completing assigned tasks.
